April is here, and even better, spring break! Here are some helpful tips for your home while you’re away having fun. Make sure your windows and doors are locked, set your thermostat to 75 degrees to conserve electricity, and make sure everything has been unplugged and turned off.

If you’re still on the fence about signing a lease for next year, then don’t wait any longer! Spaces are going fast, and we want to make sure you’re able to call our wonderful community home for another year! Come by the front office or give us a call for more information.

Special Highlight

Conserve on utilities by turning your AC up to 75 degrees when you leave for the day, and don’t place the temperature below 68 degrees. This will help conserve electricity.

• Our office hours are Monday–Friday from 10 a.m.–7 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.–4 p.m., and Sunday from noon–4 p.m.
• Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees will be applied on the 4th.
• Pets must always be on a leash.

Lock Down That Internship with the Right Tools

In the coming months, universities across the nation will be partnering with businesses to fill internships for the summer and fall semesters. Internships are a great way to fast-track your career and gain valuable experience in the field you’re interested in. Landing the perfect internship may not be the easiest journey, but if you’re equipped with the right tools, achieving that dream opportunity is within reach!

In a 2017 article, Forbes stated, “Resumes are the gateway into the interview, and into the job. The importance of a well-constructed resume cannot be overlooked.” When you’re applying for an internship with that dream company, having a killer resume will push you to the top of the list.

Egg Hunt — April 4 from 5–6 p.m. — Meet CAs Paris and Simone by the pool for an egg hunt. May the odds be ever in your favor! 

Crawfish Color Run — April 7 @ 8 a.m. — Register for our Crawfish Color Run!

Grillin’ and Chillin’ — April 10 @ 5 p.m. — We’ll be grilling by the pool and announcing our spring campaign tech prize pack winners!
